Invited lecturer, Doctor of Law

He has been teaching at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University since 2011. He worked as visiting scholar at Durham Law School in 2012-2013 through faculty development program financed by the Open Society Foundation.

He successfully graduated law faculty at at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He obtained master degree in Business, Corporate and Maritime Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam (the Netherlands) in 2008. He completed distance learning course in Economics for Competition Law at the King’s College of the London University in 2016. He successfully maintained his PH.D theme on “Essence of Cartel and Modern Trends of its Development from the Competition Law Prospective” at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in 2016.

He teaches following subjects: Competition Law, Consumer Law and Legal Environment of Business.

He has conducted several researches at Kiel University and Max Planck Institute. He has many Georgian and English publications on Competition Law
